All packages include Consultation, Sort & Purge and Organize, with Donation and Disposal. simple containers** of your choosing as well as shelving or simple Closet organization system***. Garage Sale and Consignment Sale not included in Packages.
Example: Sort & Purge, and Organize with Disposal and Donation of a Bedroom Closet, Kitchen Pantry, Laundry room, or Craft closet. Typically 4 hours start to finish.
Example: An entire room to Sort & Purge, and Organize with donation and disposal of 2 pantries or 2 closets, a bedroom, or a child's playroom. Typically 6-8 hours from start to finish.
Example: Two Entire rooms filled with clutter to sort & purge, etc. Typically 8-12 hours and split over two days.
Determined at the consultation apppointment and dependent on how many rooms and the square footage of each and including the amount of clutter to be removed and/or organized and typically performed over several days.
Including hourly rates and additional services that can be done for those on a strict budget or those needing a guiding hand but will do most of the heavy lifting DIY or those that prefer not to host a garage sale and last but least for those that want to add services to have Design by Jewelz LLC do it all. We welcome all of you no matter your situation, budget, or amount of involvement you do or do not want in the process.
Per 320lbs of waste. This will be determined at the weigh station and does not include appliances or mattresses.
Haul to the charity of your choice and donated. Does not include items that the charity does not accept.
If desired, for items that are no longer of use by the client but not acceptable for dumping or donating. i can plan and orchestrate a sale of the items for a 35% fee of the total sale.
An hourly rate can be applied if a package is not apprpriate for your project i.e. client is a DIYer and prefers to do most of the work and just needs guiding direction.
